Triple Berry Dump Cake..Comin’ Right Up!

I love that this recipe calls for three different kinds of berries.  Costco has a multi berry blend in the freezer section so if you need to just make this with 3 cups of that go right ahead!

No fuss cooking is one of the things that really makes life easier. I support that decision!

Triple Berry Cream Cheese Cobbler Dump Cake

Servings 12
Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen blackberries
  • 2 cups frozen blueberries
  • 2 cups frozen raspberries
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 Tbs corn starch
  • 1 package (8 oz) cold cream cheese, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
  • 1 box Betty Crocker™ SuperMoist™ yellow cake mix
  • 1 cube butter cut into thin pats.
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 350°F.
  2. Mix cornstarch and sugar in small bowl.
  3. Toss frozen berries with granulated sugar mixture and spread evenly in bottom of 13×9-inch pan.
  4. Top evenly with cubed cream cheese.
  5. Sprinkle evenly with dry cake mix.
  6. Place pats of butter evenly over top.
  7. Bake 50 to 60 minutes or until the top of cake is light golden brown and bubbling on edges.
  8. Cool 10 minutes.
  9. Sprinkle with powdered sugar just before serving. Serve warm.

Quick Tip: If you don’t have a yellow cake mix, try a lemon mix. Cake mixes are always on sale. Keep a few on hand along with a bag of frozen berries and you will be ready for company at the drop of a hat.
