So Tasty and Nutritious You Might Not Want to Wait Until Breakfast

Boy do I remember those early mornings on the soccer field. It seemed like we had one or two games to go to all season and little ones we had to haul around. Packing up food that was healthy and hearty as well as budget friendly was super important. It still it.

Overnight Blueberry and Honey Oatmeal

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 Cup Quaker® Oats
  • 1/2 Cup Low-fat milk
  • 1/4 Cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 Cup Blueberries
  • 1 Tablespoon Honey

Directions:

  1. Add Quaker Oats to your container of choice, pour in milk, and add in blueberries and Greek yogurt.
  2. Sweeten by topping with honey before refrigerating.
  3. Rise, shine, and enjoy!

Quick Tip: You can use almond milk if you would prefer, and I also add a bit of fresh nutmeg on top. So yummy!
