You’ve Been Making Teriyaki Chicken The Wrong Way This Entire Time- Watch Video

I would like to start off by thanking Crunchy Creamy Sweet for this amazing recipe.

The noun Teri is where the word Teriyaki comes from. Teri means shine and refers to the shiny glaze produced by the sugar in the Teriyaki sauce. Yaki basically refers to the way it’s cooked such as grilling or broiling. It’s really the Teri or the sauce itself which distinguishes Teriyaki from other dishes and, like I said earlier this is probably one of the best I’ve ever found.
