You Will Fall Head Over Heels For this Incredible Cake

It has to be time for a coffee break somewhere in the world!

Have you ever had such a huge craving for something? It seems that every time I see baskets of blueberries begin to make their appearance in the produce section I find myself scouring over recipe books and magazines for a new recipe.

When I saw this one for a crumble cake I decided I didn’t need to look any further. The crumble topping cakes are always so yummy and the fact that they don’t require cooling completely to add frosting makes this an easy dessert to toss in the oven right before company comes so the house smells amazing.

This is what Cyndi says about this yummy recipe.

I am thinking about this delicious and yummy Blueberry Crumb Cake. While the kids were on Spring Break, I wanted to bake something fruity and Springy (is that even a real word?). I knew the kids would love this cake. Since they love blueberries and cake, it was a sure winner!

Quick Tip: If you want to make these in individual servings, go ahead and pull out a dozen or so ramekins or half pint mason jars. Yes! You can bake in a mason jar. They are so adorable! Make sure you don’t fill more than 2/3 full to allow for rising.
