The Perfect Little Cheese Cake Bite!

These perfect little morsels will be the talk of the Party!

I love fruit filled desserts and have always tried to avoid making cheesecakes because they look so intimidating. The no-bake ones are always an option but get real, they don’t have that classic cheesecake texture of taste. Then I saw these little minis. I never knew there were little mini cheesecake pans!
As soon as I saw this recipe I ordered one off Amazon and am so excited to try it out.
In fact, I think the only person in our family to attempt a cheesecake was my husband, John, when he made his mom’s recipe for a cake auction. It was very time intensive and seemed complicated with all the different steps.

In the end, it was wonderful, don’t get me wrong, it was just more than I wanted to commit to.

You can use a muffin pan, but the perfect little cylinders shapes are just too adorable. Since the cakes are so small the whole cheese cake water-bath isn’t necessary. Plus, cheesecakes can be so rich and filling.

For those wanting to cut back on calories, this little indulgence doesn’t really add to much guilt.

Having a granddaughter I am very excited about making these for our tea parties. I know she will absolutely love them, and so will her doll and stuffed animals, I might have to help them eat theirs. Anything I can do to help!

These can also be made with Vanilla Oreos and a regular filling topped with a strawberry or blueberry sauce. Not that I am a huge fan of the Vanilla Oreos. But, for a pie crust that might be a pretty good idea.

This is what Danielle of Live Well, Bake Often has to say about her recipe.

An easy two ingredient Oreo crust topped with a smooth and creamy Oreo cheesecake filling. These Mini Oreo Cheesecakes make a perfect dessert for any time of year!

Quick Tip: Make these the day before and keep in fridge. Because the tops may have a few little cracks in it, pipe on some whipped cream right before serving. Plus, it will look extra cute!
