So Good You Will Want to Eat Your Napkin

You might want to make an assortment of meat, chicken, pork, and beef. I love that Phil’s allows us to make a mix and match plate. Perfect for all the different preferences in your crowd.

Every year at our family reunion my cousin Terry manned the big grated Barbeque that you would have to lower. The smell of the barbecue was tantalizing from the moment you drove through the front gate. If you weren’t ready to eat when you arrived, you soon felt the pangs of hunger as soon as you inhaled some of that sweet, spicy, smoky aroma.

You might not be near Phil’s BBQ or at a family reunion, but this is something you can easily make yourself.
