Breakfast for a Bunch? No Problemo!

Ever had one of those morning where you had to run out of the door without breakfast? Have your kids? If you are anything like we are it has probably happened more than once. This is the perfect solution to feed the masses!

Sausage Egg Bacon Cheese Breakfast Sliders

INGREDIENTS

  • 9 rolls
  • 1 package Sargento Provolone Cheese ( I actually used Pepper Jack Cheese.)
  • 1 lb ground sausage, made into patties & cooked through
  • 12 eggs- scrambled
  • 1 package bacon- cooked well & chopped
  • 1 tbsp butter – melted
  • Parsley, salt & granulated garlic to taste

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Spray a 10×10 pan or baking dish with cooking spray.
  3. Place the bottoms of your rolls in the dish.
  4. Add ½ a slice of cheese to each roll.
  5. Top with cooked sausage patties & then all of the scrambled eggs.
  6. Sprinkle with most of the cooked & chopped bacon.
  7. Lay remaining cheese over the top & then add any remaining bacon.
  8. Place the tops of the rolls on top of the cheese.
  9. Brush each roll with melted butter.
  10. Sprinkle with salt, granulated garlic & parsley.
  11. Bake 25 minutes.
  12. Option ~If you make this ahead of time & the dish is cold, you will want to bake at least 40-50 minutes or until hot & cheese is melted.

Quick Tip: I added this in the entree recipe column as well because we LOVE having breakfast for dinner. That is a real thing at our house.
