Bacon, Cheese, and Tater Tots in One Dish? Yes Please!

This Bacon Cheeseburger Tater Tot Casserole is guaranteed to please the whole family. We end up going to a lot of pot-luck events and it is nice to be able to try out new recipes.

Keeping a bag of frozen tater tots on hand for those days when you need a quick and easy meal will save a lot of time and stress.

This is what Steph said about her recipe.

Since this recipe can be frozen for later, why not make a big pan to have on hand in cars you end up with a few extra people for dinner.

You can even add some tomatoes, peppers, mushrooms and onions to the mixture if you wanted to jazz it up. It would be great for a potluck.

  INGREDIENTS

  • 1-1/2 pounds ground beef
  • 1 (3-oz) package real bacon bits
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 (32-oz) package frozen tater tots
  • 1 (10.75-oz) can Campbell’s condensed cheddar cheese soup.

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly spray a 9×13-inch pan with cooking spray. Set aside.

Cook ground beef in a large skillet until no longer pink. Drain fat.In a large bowl, combine cooked beef, bacon bits, cheddar cheese, tater tots, cheese soup and sour cream. Mix until thoroughly combined.

Spread mixture into prepared pan.

Bake for 45 to 50 minutes, until bubbly.

Quick Tip:  Add a salad and a loaf of french bread and you are ready for dinner!Thanks so much
