Your Family is Going To LOVE this

I remember the day our suburban broke down. It was miserable. By the time I got home I was exhausted, the kids were starving, and we still had to start homework.

But there was once bright spot. My friend knew that we we having the very bad terrible, no good day and threw this in a crock pot then brought it over when about the same time we got home.

Trust me , dinner never tasted so delicious.

Crock Pot Garlic Chicken Alfredo Lasagna

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb chicken, cooked and shredded
  • 9 lasagna noodles
  • 4 c. Crystal Farms Garlic Jack Shredded Cheese
  • 1 1/2 c. cottage cheese
  • 2 (15 oz) jars roasted garlic Alfredo
  • 1/2 c. water

Directions:

  1. In a mixing bowl combine the Alfredo sauce and water. Whisk until combined.
  2. Spread a fourth of Alfredo mix on the bottom of a 6 quart crock pot.
  3. Arrange 3 lasagna noodles on top of sauce.
  4. Spread 1/3 of the chicken on top of lasagna noodles.
  5. In a mixing bowl combine cheeses.
  6. Spread 1/3 of cheese mixture over chicken.
  7. Repeat these steps twice.
  8. Cook on low for 4-5 hours, or until noodles are cooked through.

Quick Tip: Don’t have Alfredo Sauce? Make it instead!

Alfredo Sauce by Ree Drummond
Ingredients

  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 cups freshly grated Parmesan

Directions

  1. In a saucepan or skillet, warm the butter and cream.
  2. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Add the Parmesan and stir until melted.
