This 7 ingredient – NO bake Twix Bars get a Two Thumbs Up!

Raise your hand if you are tired of making either brownies or Rice Krispy squares?

Don’t get me wrong, I love both of those and my kids have never complained when I set out a platter. But, every once in a while it is nice to change things up a bit.
I love making fresh fruit crumble bars, but that is seasonal. Cupcakes tend not to be as portable, and since we ALWAYS have cookies, that almost doesn’t even count.
Then I saw this ~ TWIX BARs and the words NO-Bake in the same sentence.

The best part? This simple recipe is something that you can have the ingredients on hand for. You know what I am talking about.

The after dinner note you find in your kids backpack reminding you that the class party is the following day and you are signed up for treats? Yeah, that note. I have been known to swing by the bakery on the way to school and pick up several dozen donut holes before, but that really makes life stressful. Honestly,on time is stressful enough!

I would definitely make these, cut them up and put them on a nice plate. That way if a few happen to be missing from the pan, who knows! Like Julie Childs used to say ,”It’s just you alone in the kitchen!”

Here is what our friends ad Dreaming in DIY have to say about this recipe.

You’ll want to make these over and over again. An EASY No-Bake Dessert Treat that all TWIX Candy Bar fans will LOVE! Layers of Mini Nilla Wafers, Caramel and Chocolate without turning on the oven. SO yummy!

Quick Tip: Don’t have Sweetened Evaporated milk? NO problem. I am including this a perfect kitchen hack!
