Every single layer is totally amazing. Put all three together and this will knock your socks off!

Ever have those days when you could really go for something absolutely amazing? I love that these bars don’t even require an oven to make! Three layers of absolute mint and chocolate bliss.

I LOVE mint. Just unwrapping a small rectangle foil off an of Andes mint is a soothing experience that reminds me of going out to dinner at a steakhouses when I first got married. Andes mints always came with the check.

It has been years since I thought of those little treats, but seeing this yummy easy to make dessert brought back some memories.

Isn’t it great that you don;t have to make a reservation and go to a steak house to recapture the flavor of those melt in your mouth chocolate covered mints?

This dessert is super easy to make. Hello? Only twenty minutes!  And it makes a small pan, but since I noticed that this can be frozen for a few months. This can easily be made a few batches at a time.  Next time there is an event with a lot of people. BAM! Dessert is ready without any mess!

Baby shower? Wedding shower? Make sure to make these simple to make, beautiful to serve, and fantastic flavors that people will definitely be talking about long after the party is over!

This is what Ashley of The Recipe Critic

The husband and I love the mint chocolate combo. We disagree on our share of things, but generally dessert is not one of those things. Unless it’s pumpkin — then he’s all in and I’m on the edge somewhere.

Quick Tip: My son isn’t the biggest fan of coconut, so feel free to leave that out of this minty chocolate recipe. Face it, there is a heck of a lot going on already with all the flavors.

Field Fresh Flavor That Explodes In Your Mouth

I have bought so many strawberries this year and it ins’t even the middle of June! It must have been a good growing year, because the flavor has been exceptional.

The best way to tell if berries are picked ripe are to slice into them and see if the red color goes from the tip to the stem. Berries that are mostly white and pink on the inside were picked before the berry flavor was set. It allows for a longer shelf life, but who wants to add some sugar to their fruit to bring out the flavor.

Not me!

Putting a bowl of strawberries on the table is always a nice addition, but this creative fruit dish is a simple way to add some class to the fresh flavors of summer. It can be served as a stand alone side, or served with a sugar cookie and a dollop of whipped cream as a dessert.

Fresh. Flirty. And Functional! Can I get a wink!

This is what Jenn for Once Upon a Chef has to say about this bright and cheery dish.

With only five ingredients, it’s quick and easy to make. The only tricky part is cutting the oranges. Rather than slicing them into wheels, I like to cut the segments out of the membranes; it takes a few extra minutes but it’s prettier and the oranges are so much easier to eat.

PLEASE GO TO NEXT PAGE FOR THE INGREDIENTS AND DIRECTIONS.

Quick Tip: You can also substitute agave nectar or honey for brown sugar.
