Cake So Good Someone Might Ask for Your Autograph.

So much flavor it will drive you NUTS! As in Coconuts:~D

Lemon curd is one of my absolute favorite flavors ever. The sweet and tart flavor of the cheery citrus just makes me happy thinking about it. I have made gallons of the yummy stuff over the years and usually put it on pavlova, toast, or croissants. When I saw that this cake used it as an ingredient, I was hooked.
This cake is definitely something that might take longer than a boxed cake or something that has only a few ingredients. Some things are just worth it and I think the pay off for taking the time to bake something fabulous will be worth every bite.

Have you ever wondered what it would be like to bring the most talked about dish to the party, baby shower, or event? This might be the recipe that does it. Heads will turn when this gets served up. Be prepared, someone might just want your autograph. You baking rock star!

Another great aspect of this cake is that you can pull out your very best cake platter, you know the one, it was handed down from your grandmother, or you received it for your wedding. If you don’t have something fabulous to display this work of art, pull a DIY and make one..or go to Target and buy one.

Yeah, I think I might go for that option after all a gal can only do so much!

This is what Michelle of A Latte Food has to say about this incredible show stopping cake!

Quick Tip: Make sure to allow eggs to sit at room temperature before separating and whipping up. Also, make sure the beaters and bowl are completely free of any oil. Just saying that those few things will really help to ensure you get nice stiff peaks.
