Don’t you love it when you make something that takes a long time and people comment on how amazing it is? Well, what about when people rave about something you served or brought to a potluck and it is so simple you are almost embarrassed to tell people your recipe.

That is exactly what makes this recipe so great. It tastes great and is so simple you won’t believe it. Why? It starts off with things you can pick up at the store and might even already have on hand in your fridge or pantry. I remember when my husband invited someone over for dinner and I didn’t have very much notice. I panicked! What should I fix? I knew I didn’t have a ton of time and I really didn’t want to make a huge mess. I wish I had this recipe back then. It would have been perfect! I guess the only thing I would add to it is to mix in some crumbled bacon, but that is just my opinion!

And being able to start with a rotisserie chicken? Hello! That is just genius. In fact, I am going to go ahead and pick up a rotisserie chicken next time I am at Costco and cut it up, measure 3 cups into a freezer bag and save until I want to make this.

Never underestimate the Power of the Ranch!

I remember when our kids were young. Trying to get them to eat their vegetables was not an easy task. One time we were eating broccoli and our son said he was all done. I noticed his plate tipped to the side just a tad and was curious.

When we told him he was excused from the table he hurriedly picked up his plate to take to the kitchen sink and there it was. several broccoli pieces he had stashed. Like we wouldn’t see it? Sorry pal but you have to finish your greens.

Then I heard about the power of Ranch dressing. It doesn’t need to coat every square inch of food, but just having a dab on the plate made vegetable eating a much happier experience.
Pretty soon they were putting their favorite dressing on pizza and chicken nuggets!

I love the dressing, but being able to use the mix as an ingredient is absolutely fabulous. It gives the chicken just the right pizzaz and the cornflakes help to give it a crunch that people usually get from frying.

We LOVE this chicken! It is a big favorite at our house. My kids love it, my hubby loves it, and I love it too ? ( Did I say love it enough? Ha!) I add this chicken to the diCrispy on the outside, moist on the inside, flavorful Ranch chicken. This is a family-favorite!

Quick Tip: Cut the chicken breasts into thinner strips. Perfect way to use left-overs is to put them in a wrap for lunch or cut them up and put on salad!
