Making This Is As Easy As Riding a Bike!

As a kid, I loved the smell of Pineapple Upside down cake. It reminds me of coming home from school and smelling the simple dessert as soon as I opened the door.

Every time my mom made it I knew that someone special was coming over for dinner. As an adult, I love the fact that Pineapple Upside Down Cake can be served warm, so there isn’t any need to cover the buttery cake with frosting.

Using a muffin tin to bake individual cakes is perfect for creating these little mini cakes.
Since this is such a simple recipe, chances are you might even have these ingredients already in your pantry!
